Deniais Gray has filed a lawsuit against Snap-On Incorporated and The QTI Group in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. The complaint alleges that Gray was subjected to sexual harassment by a supervisor, David Cooper, while working as an assembler at Snap-On through a placement by QTI. Gray claims that after reporting the harassment, she faced retaliation leading to her termination. The lawsuit seeks remedies under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, including a permanent injunction against the defendants, lost wages, compensatory and punitive damages, and attorney’s fees.
