A federal grand jury has indicted Adam A. Juslen, a 41-year-old registered sex offender from Waushara County, Wisconsin, on charges of possessing child sexual abuse material. The indictment was announced by Richard G. Frohling, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Juslen is accused of possessing several sexually explicit images involving children under the age of eight. He has prior convictions for possession of child pornography in three separate state cases: Calumet County in 2010, Waushara County in 2014, and Outagamie County in 2015. If found guilty on the federal charge, Juslen faces a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years and up to twenty years in prison.
The investigation was conducted by the Waushara County Sheriff’s Office with support from the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Division of Criminal Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Alexander E. Duros will prosecute the case.

Authorities remind that an indictment is only a charge and does not constitute evidence of guilt; Juslen is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.
