On June 3, 2025, Chasity Evans was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for her involvement in the production of child sexual abuse material. The sentencing was delivered by U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman. Evans, aged 38 and residing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Ripley, Tennessee, violated Title 18 of the United States Code.

Court records revealed that Evans created child pornography using a minor and distributed it to her co-defendant via cell phone for small payments through Cash App. This illegal activity took place multiple times between February and June 2023 while she lived in Milwaukee and Memphis, Tennessee. The victim was between 11 and 12 years old during this period.

Post-incarceration, Evans will be subject to five years of supervised release and must register as a sex offender under both state and federal laws.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s field offices in Milwaukee and Memphis led the investigation with support from the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Abbey M. Marzick prosecuted the case.
