Pay.gov announced on April 23 that its services will be offline for scheduled maintenance on three upcoming Saturdays: April 25, May 9, and June 6. Each outage is expected to last from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time.

The planned outages are part of Pay.gov’s preparation to move its services to a new cloud infrastructure. During these times, all Pay.gov services will be unavailable for agencies.

According to the announcement, “agencies will experience a total interruption of all Pay.gov services” during the listed periods. The organization advises users to read the latest updates regarding anticipated impacts and service availability through their provided resources.

For questions not addressed in the online updates, customers can contact Pay.gov Customer Support at 1-800-624-1373.

The transition aims to support future improvements as Pay.gov moves toward cloud-based operations.
