The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin has announced that it will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. According to the court’s statement, “CM/ECF will be fully operational and will be accepting electronic filings from registered users.” The court is scheduled to resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
